The Tennessee Business Relief Program
announced by Gov. Lee on June 2, 2020, will make $200 million available to small businesses within the state that were forced to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic initially. It may be expanded to include other for-profit and nonprofit businesses in the future. Below is a list of businesses that are eligible. I have also included a link to the Tennessee Department of Revenue’s website as it appears they will be administering the program. It appears that this is a developing program and more information will be released in the upcoming days/weeks. Please find attached the link to the Dept of Revenue’s website for FAQ:

Chamber Events Cancellation Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic
— April 20, 2020 — The Pikeville- Bledsoe County Chamber of Commerce, as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic, will cancel the following: Farm City Breakfast, scheduled for May 21, 2020, the Fall Festival, planned for October 3, 2020, and the corresponding Golf Tournament October 2, 2020.
The health and safety of our community are of our utmost concern during this pandemic. We would not want anyone to be put at risk unnecessarily. We hope by these cancellations that our community, as well as our businesses, have time to recover from this unexpected crisis.
Rest assured, your Chamber will do everything it possibly can to continue to support the growth of commerce in our community in a safe and responsible way.
